Conditions

• Photographs/Slides/Negatives should be supplied in the order they are to appear in the slide show.

      No responsibility is taken for the photographs/slides being out of order on the completed job.

• When transferring multiple Records, Cassette Tapes or Reel Tapes to a CD, a detailed list should be supplied indicating the order they are to be copied to the disc, along with any editing requirements.

• Copyright Law requires you to be "The Owner" of the Record or Tape that you are wanting to have transferred to a disc or USB drive, and that the CD / Audio File will be for your own use.

• Records and Tapes may have "noise" on them. Although we will do our best to remove any unwanted scratch and hiss noise associated with these formats, it is not always possible to remove it all.

• Video Tapes will be copied "as is" therefore the finished quality will depend on the quality of the videotape supplied. Any enhancement (if possible) to be made to the video will be additional cost.

• Additional editing requirements will be additional costs.

• Full payment is required before the DVD, CD or USB and any items supplied by the customer are handed back.

• Although we do our best to produce the best possible results we cannot fix any poor quality of the original recordings, therefore any poor quality will result on the disc.

• It is important that you check the completed disc/s on your DVD/CD player straight away to make sure that they play correctly and you are satisfied with the result.

• All Video Files are supplied as MPEG-2 files and Audio Files are supplied as Wav files so it is important to make sure that the Video/Audio Files supplied are able to be played on your TV or media player. Making a "backup copy" is recommended. Other formats are available on request.

• The ongoing performance of a DVD / CD will be dependent on how they are looked after. Handling instructions (as suppled with your disc) should be followed at all times. Making a "backup copy" is recommended.

• Following completion of a job all media supplied will be handed back to the customer and the job will be deleted from our computer after 14 days. All videos are kept confidential.

• We will only copy personal video tapes, or tapes where you own the copyright, as copying of commercial video tapes is protected by Copyright Law.

• We reserve the right to alter our costs at any time and any price changes will be updated on this site promptly.
